Special Needs and Accessibility

DSA 2013 Baltimore welcomes the opportunity to assist guests with disabilities to enjoy all of our facilities, programs, and services. Any individual with a special needs should contact our staff so that we can make the necessary accommodations. Interpreting services will be provided for all events .

Accessibility Requests

DSA 2013 Baltimore will make every effort to accommodate your accessibility needs .
Please note that DSA 2013 Baltimore cannot commit to accessibility needs requested after July 31, 2013, and including the week of the conference.

Accessibility requests include, but are not limited to:

  • Close vision seating
  • Close vision, tactile, and oral interpreting
  • Program book information – Braille
  • Program book information – Large Print.
  • Official Conference Program Book basic information in large print/braille
  • Wheelchair/scooter access for specific meetings or events (rental fees)

To make an accessibility request for the DSA 2013 Baltimore Conference:

The preferred way is for you to complete the request portion on the conference registration
form, or send an e-mail to info@dsa2013baltimore.org, specifically stating your request.
All requests will be personally responded.
